The Crosslé 32F

The 32F saw the largest run of any production car from Crossle. 140 examples of this Formula Ford 1600cc car were built in 1977 and 1978 of which 101 were exported. Its distinctive wide nose and high engine cover provided improved aerodynamics and engine cooling. Driver protection was further enhanced with the inclusion of a roll over bar around the dash panel.
Nigel Mansell owned chassis No.37 and amongst the many others to use 32Fs were: - Dutch driver Michael Bleekemolen, Gary Gibson, Colin Lees, Arnie Black, Trevor Templeton, and much later Martin Donnelly. The 32F was also to prove to be the most popular choice for racing schools throughout the world.
